Each residence with care units has a Director of Nursing Care (licensed nurse) who is present five days a week, as well as licensed practical nurses and resident attendants on site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
To get to know you better and establish a relationship of trust and mutual respect, our staff will take the time to meet with you and create a personalized care plan. Thanks to our computerized system, SOFI, we can share information instantly, regularly and securely with other healthcare professionals involved in your care, ensuring optimal follow-up and coordination.
